Slow cooker (crockpot) banana loaf recipe

So what do you do with an abundance of bananas?  You make banana bread of course!

Amanda found the idea on Pinterest to make a loaf in our slow cooker and adapted a recipe to be gluten free.  She also tested the recipe on high to shorten the time and it worked.
Ingredients

3 Bananas, medium Refrigerated
2 Eggs, large

Baking & Spices
2 cup All-purpose flour (we use Kinnikinnick)
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 cup Brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp Kosher salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure

Oils & Vinegars
1 Cooking spray

Dairy
1/2 cup Butter

Directions

Mix all ingredients.  Spray crock pot.  Line with wax paper.  Pour batter.

4 hours on low / 2 hours high
