The Pizza's are one set price with a $4 gluten free charge.
We went to the Brewer District location, which I think is one of the newer locations. They have some processes in place to help reduce cross contamination.
- They change gloves
- They have a separate press to press the gluten free pizza crusts
- Separate sauce and ladle to use for gluten free crusts
- They have an allergen chart in the store
As always be sure to look over the staff that they are following their guidelines. Staff are not always trained.
All of the toppings are gluten free except for the meatballs. All the sauces are gluten free, but not all the dressings. Be sure to check the chart before ordering. Amanda loves the Q at Love Pizza, so she tried to build a similar pizza at Blaze for comparison. Their crust was really thin, and the pizza was pretty good!
Ordered here for the first time and found my favorite pizza place. Pizzas are at great price and quality. Not too soggy, not too dry, and plenty of ingredients. Keep up the good work.
