Betty Crocker has a bunch of gluten free mixes. This is the first time we tried this particular Betty Crocker Devil's Food Chocolate mix. Two thumbs up. It earns the name devil's food chocolate.
Amanda made the cake with the Betty Crocker Whipped cream cheese also labelled gluten free. The cake was light and fluffy and rich and flavour. It also had a pretty good counter life because it made a pretty big cake so we ate it all during the week and it did not get hard and dry, or any less fluffy.
We used a bigger pan than it called for, so it wasn't as tall as it could be, so next time we will probably use a small pan.
We definitely recommend the Betty Crocker gluten free Devil's Food Chocolate mix!
