Pamela's is a widely popular gluten free brand for its baking and cookies.  Pamela's gluten free products can be found in Edmonton at Planet Organic locations.  Pamela's products range from cookies, to mixes and cakes.

 

Our Review:

 

Pamela's has great gluten free products for dessert.  We have not come across many products that we dislike.  Pamela's products are often tasty and have perfect textures like regular wheat based cookies and cakes.  Pamela obviously takes great care with her recipes and has a high quality of standard for great tasting gluten free foods.

 

Some of our favourite Pamela's products include:

• Pancake mix
• Chocolate chip mini cookies
• Extreme chocolate mini cookies

Although we have only found Pamela's at Planet Organic it is worth the extra drive to downtown or Whyte Ave to pick up some Pamela's products.
