This recipe tasted great using the Mayacamas Creamy Pesto Mix. I guess this is not much of a gluten free recipe, but it certainly makes a tasty meal!

Ingredients:
- 1 Pack of Mayacamas Creamy Pesto Mix
- 1 Pack of Mushrooms
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 Can of Tuna
- Your favourite gluten free pasta
- Follow directions on creamy pesto mix package
- Slice mushrooms and saute in vegetable until soft in a deep dish pan.
- Mean while make your gluten free pasta. Remember to slightly undercook your gluten free pasta
- When pasta is ready, add to mushrooms.
- Add tuna and sauce
- Stir and serve with a salad
